ordered switch bundle with zelda - no zelda arrived

Hi, who do i speak to regarding my add to plan bundle, i orderd the switch oled plus zelda, the switch arrived today but no game, no digital version either in the box, will this come seperately or was it missed off, the invoice has zelda on as part of the bundle

Please check your order documents and all the documents which came with the device.

The bundle includes vouchers to redeem 24 months Nintendo Switch Online, EE Gamers Data Pass and EE Video Data Pass for £14 a month, plus a Nintendo Switch for a £10 upfront cost.

It says on the sales page: 

1. Using a browser, visit https://ec.nintendo.com/redeem/#/

2. Select "Sign in" and enter your Nintendo Account email address and password, and then select "Sign in"

If you are already signed in, check the user information in the top-right corner to confirm you are signed in with the correct Nintendo Account.

3. Enter your 16-digit download code and then select "Next".

4. Re-enter your Nintendo Account password when prompted, then select "Redeem" to complete the process.

5. A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address registered to your Nintendo Account once this process is

completed.

If you still cannot find anything then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

ive got the switch online codes, the invoice definitely says "+ zelda" but no code for it
