If you are still having a problem with this and you are using Google browser please make sure you content lock is on adult in the ee app then follow the below instructions 

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google app the one with a G as the app icon Not chrome
2. At the top right, tap your Profile picture or initial  Settings  SafeSearch.
3. Turn SafeSearch on or off.
   • If you find a Lock  at the top right, your SafeSearch setting is locked. The settings page provides info about who manages your SafeSearch setting.

@Liamctid   Funny how I don’t have a Google account but use Google and have never had to change anything once I had content lock removed from my EE account.    It’s not just Google that has restrictions on it if content lock is enabled on your EE account.  Any website/app that can be inappropriate for under 18s is restricted by content lock.

I have had to do this as my Content was not restricted. I followed all of the instructions. Setting it to strict. Restarting then setting it to adult/off again to no avail. Doing the actions above fully derestricted my searches etc.
