I have chosen xbox game pass ultimate for my free ultimate add on but have no idea how to activate it. Does anyone know hot to actually activate it?

Hi, yes it did but i clicked it on my iphone to follow it to my app; but i thought id try it on a pc and i just get a something wrong error

What happened when you clicked it on your iPhone, @doom-lord? Did it not let you activate it?

It just took me to the Black Friday event. No add ons on mine just goes to an error page

Same issue I Bought BT broadband via my BT account , told moved to EE (not mentioned at all on site) got a sms to say 6 months free. no link. BT site and app didn't show it. and its not on the EE app or website, looks like a scam , reached out to support tried to upgrade me on day one!!! zero help. looks like it runs out if not activated and there no link!!! what a scam. Off to cancel.

Hi @Bingo_King, You can't claim the Game Pass online currently. It can be claimed manually for you after 14 days have passed since your move to EE.
If it's already passed the 14 days please get in touch with us:
From your EE mobile: 150
From any other phone: 0330 123 1105
A guide will be able to claim it for you.

That confusing as you sent me SMS and emails to claim.it also says in next 13 days so I basically don't get untill cooling off period. But no info from firm. Classy.
