I bought Xbox series X as add on to my phone contract, was supposed to come with 24 months ultimate game pass but haven’t received code or email or text and live chat not working in the app

Are you trying to access Live Chat under the 'Help' section of the EE app?

I have checked texts from both numbers and email associated with my EE and I haven’t received anything except a link taking me straight to the app to view my billing info
