Hey,
I received the text to activate the ultimate game pass, but when trying to redeem in the ee website it throws up a message saying their are technical problems and to try again later. I have had this for the past week now, any ideas on how to resolve this? Tried contacting customer service but not had any luck

Have you tried following the link both on mobile data and on WiFi? Does it make any difference?

hi,
i’ve tried both and neither work. mine is included in my smart benefit and there is no code or nothing to indicate that i have it. yet it says it’s active?
