I spoke with a customer service representative who said it’s been promised to me and that not to worry it’ll be taken care off I’ve waited and it’s still not showing up so I called the tech support and he said that they don’t offer it anymore and not sure why I received the message so ones saying it’s been promised and another saying that they don’t offer them anymore as a package and I have to pay for it. PS SCAMMERS DONT BOTHER TRYING TO CONTACT ME.

I see why that would be confusing @Seasiders

If you have not been able to get a resolution, I'd recommend raising a complaint. You can see the ways to do that here Make a Complaint | Contact Us | EE.

Hi @Seasiders

Welcome to our community.

Was this something you were told would be included in your package when you purchased it? Did our team open a complaint for you?

Lesley

Hi @Lesley_W  I originally had it with BT and it got cancelled when I migrated to EE and I received an text message a couple of weeks ago saying that my broadband comes with a years free Xbox pass.

Hi @Lesley_W  There seems to be a problem with my migration from BT to EE I’ve been having conversations with them hopefully it’ll be resolved soon. Many thanks for your assistance.
