I purchased a xbox series x console, a 24 month ultimate subscription & a £150 gamecard as an add on to my mobile contract, it's been over 2 weeks & I still don't have my £150 gamecard. I've spoken, to customer service numerous times I just want to know when I will receive it or who, to talk, to regarding this as there are some Microsoft offers in atm I want to take advantage of?

Yes twice but I have since been told I will have to wait 2 weeks cooling off period (just passed) & then up to another two weeks to receive the code which I wasn't made aware of when making the purchase, last time I buy anything through EE

Hi @Solcutter,
When you have spoken to customer service have they raised a webform for you for the Game Card? As if so our product support team will be in touch once they have picked up the form.

I’ve just had my Xbox bundle delivered. It said a £70 game card, black ops 6 and Xbox unlimited, will I receive all of this by text?. Tried text Xbox to 150 and it’s trying to charge me £12 a month.

You'll get a sms link for the ultimate subscription which is actually a rolling one month subscription to Xbox ultimate the gamecard is supposed to be by text message too apparently not sure why your £12 is when I text 150 it just tells me the cost of bundle a month which is £30 a month for 24 months

Thanks, I received no texts apart from them saying I’ve added a tech add on to my account. When I sent them a Xbox text they sent straight back £12 a month for ultimate add on. Just looked at my add ons and it’s showing a red triangle on Xbox unlimited to activate for £12 a month.
