Hi there
I'm hoping you can help. I upgraded to FTTP a couple of months ago now and was waiting for my new PC before I activated the free Xbox Game Pass. I have got my PC now but I can only see where to add it onto my subscription for additional £14.99 and not where to add it for free for 6 months.
Am I missing something??
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does the confirmation email for the upgrade show the Game Pass being included?

Thanks for getting back to me. No, there is nothing showing in my add-ons currently. Below is a 'snip' of the email I received. and, like I said before, when I go to the add-on it wants me to pay for it.
When I click on 'Add' it wants me to agree to an additional £14 per month. I don't wish to do that as yet - hence me 'Trying before Buying' 😀

Hi Leanne , I have the same issue. When I tried to resolve via chat the person connected said they couldn’t help.
Which team should we be calling (what option to select)?

If you log into your EE account, does the Game Pass add-on show?

I did speak with them as told and the operator was very helpful. She said she'd sent the details forward to the relevant team (which ever that one is) but I have not heard anything since. I have checked my account and subscriptions and there is still nothing showing. I spoke with them on the 10th so I would have hoped to have heard at least some communication by now.

It’s a Broadband account , and has been over 14 days but nothing shows in my add ons for game pass.
