Xbox Live Game Pass issues

I have the game pass with my phone bundle. I assumed once activated I'd get a code but it automatically connected to that email, which isn't my gaming account. I was able to contact xbox the first month to get it changed over to the correct account, but they said to get it permanently changed over I would need to contact EE - EE have told me I need to contact Xbox (Microsoft) to sort it. If I had known that it wouldn't give me a code but would auto connect to the email, I would have used my gaming one. It would have been nice to have been informed about this before I activated it. I'm so annoyed, frustrated and tired of trying to get it sorted.

Now I have a gaming pass on the wrong account, and saved data I can't us. I cant keep calling them every month to get it changed over to the correct account. How do I get this resolved, because I'm just driving myself nuts with phone calls now and no real help getting it sorted. All I want is the gaming pass to be connected to a different email address - one I actually use for gaming. Can anyone help me, please?

Did you already have a Microsoft Game Pass account with the email address you use with EE?

No I didnt. It just asked to activate and then i pit in a generic email address, and it linked directly to that email, creating an xbox live account. I was expecting a code. I've spoke to xbox live and EE. They both keeping saying it's the other company that needs to deal with it.

Hi @AcidBurn,

Your Game Pass Ultimate subscription is automatically added to the Microsoft account linked to the email address you provide when prompted during the activation process. This can't be amended once activated.

If you'd like to link it to another Microsoft account, you'd need to cancel your Inclusive Extra and set it up again from scratch.
