I've recently brought a ps portal with 4 x £50 vouchers I've now used the vouchers.
After a couple of days a pixel has gone in the screen.
I've phoned up ee and explained the situation and I've asked for a exchange.
They've said I can send it back to get refunded to my account. Then I can re add the ps portal to get another one.
I've read I won't get refunded for the vouchers. What I totally understand as I've redeemed them.
But for Me to get another portal I'd need to re add the plan to my ee buy doing this I've got to get £200 of vouchers. I don't wanna pay for. I just wanna exchange the device?
I've contacted sony and they've said the first 30 days it's down to the retailer?
I'm confused?
