Playstation 5 stopped working

Hello, just wondering if anyone can help my playstation 5 has decided to stop working after owning it for 2 months. Do i need to go through EE or contact playstation directly to get it replaced on warranty? 

Ive tried all the troubleshooting through the playstation website but still not working.

Any help would be appreciated thank you

you will need to contact Sony directly to arrange for the console to be fixed under the warranty Sony's direct number is 0203 538 2665.

Where can I find a ‘proof of purchase’. Sony are asking for it
