Hi there,
I've tried searching the forum to avoid duplicating a similar issue.
I'm a BT Broadband and EE customer (SIM only). My Xbox account shows a live ultimate game pass but when I try to manage the subscription via the console and logging in on Microsoft website, it's telling me the subscription is with BT/EE. When I login to both BT/EE accounts there is no trace. It's not showing on any bills either, I've not had any money deducted... Yet.
Does anyone have suggestions? I'm going around in circles between console and websites.

Welcome to the EE Community.
Have you tried contacting Microsoft directly if they are able to identify which EE/BT account the Xbox subscription is linked to?
You can also log into your EE account > Mobile add-ons > View Inclusive Extras
or BT account > Products > manage
If you're still unable to find the subscription, it would be best to call Customer Service who can check the account if you had a previous subscription that may have already ended, for example if you have signed up to a free trial previously.
