I have Xbox Game Pass as an inclusive extra on my mobile contract, I managed to activate it last month without any issues but I am trying to activate it this month to get the code but when I go through the EE app it says that I needs activating and when I try to activate it is saying there is nothing on my account to be activated.

Thanks for coming here.
Once the Game Pass is set up you won't need to activate this each month.
Is this still showing in your EE app in add-ons?

Yes it is showing up on my EE app as my inclusive extra but with a symbol next to it saying it needs activation, but when I press on it to activate it takes me to a page where I have to input my mobile number and a code is sent to my phone but once I enter this code it says there is nothing on my account to be activated.

Hi @StaceyBarnes93,
You don't need a new code each month, your subscription will renew automatically until cancelled.
Are you still able to use your Game Pass Ultimate subscription?
