Some time ago I bought myself a XGPU gift card and right after that I wanted to cancel my cyclical billings. When I went to check "manage" option, it redirected me to this website and I'm not even a customer. After trying to log in I'm unable to find any information on my profile and I can't really get to anything, either way I assume I can't find any information anywhere else than here.
Initially I gave up after this happened (while having a thought that maybe cyclical billing is turned off and if it's not, then I would start a drama :p), but now I got another gift card and I can't activate it w/o contacting the subscription provider (I assume it's you, not Microsoft).
I'm looking for a solution, which probably would be cancelling the subscription there (if I can do that of course), I'm writing message instead of calling because I'm not really familliar with the idea of calling somewhere from abroad (I live in Poland), but if it's needed I don't mind doing that the other way.
Thanks for the help in advance, my Xbox nickname is RochePoche.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @RochePoche and @doublexrossed,
I'd recommend contacting the retailer you purchased the gift card from for support.
Thanks
James

Hi @RochePoche
Welcome to the community.
Where did you buy the gift card from? Have you tried speaking with Microsoft directly?

Hello @Christopher_G, thanks for the reply!
I bought the gift card from the service called Driffle (looked legit enough for me and it had the cheapest offer, so i went with it).
I am kinda hesitating from contacting Microsoft, because first I wanted to check if this issue was maybe answered before and it said on its website that if the subscription came from the other company (I assume this one) then I have to contact yours directly. Of course in order to look for further solutions I have to ask them too, but first I wanted to be sure if you are able to solve the problem (I really hope you can 🙂 ).
Thanks in advance!

I already tried Microsoft, they can't do anything since it's linked to this mobile provider and BT as well as EE also pretend it's none of their business, we got our accounts hijacked (in a way) and no one cares

Hi @James_B, thanks for the reply!
I didn't expect it to work, but I did exactly what you recommended. They told me that even though I'm not a customer, It's still a Microsoft deal. There won't be any automatic renewals and after expiring, everything should go back to being normal. In that case, my biggest concern is gone.
Thanks for the idea that happened to be a solution for the problem.
Best regards!

Hi,
I'm having the exact same issue as you. Also bought my codes from Driffle. In my case, I previously bought some Xbox Core subscriptions so that I could transform into Ultimate later.
I am worried because by getting this BT/EE nonsense, I cannot even check my actual expiration date. So I don't know when or how I will revert back to normal. Will I get the full amount of Ultimate? Will I get one month and then nothing, or revert back into Core?
I guess we will have to monitor the situation and check what happens in each case. Just as a precaution, I removed my payment methods from my account...
