Hi - in November my contract changed and that included Xbox Game Pass as part of the package. I received a text to link my account, but once entering the security pin, I am notified that there is a technical problem and to try again later.
It's been 3/4 months and still no luck. Is there any resolution to this? I've still been paying for Game Pass in the meantime which is slightly annoying.

Have you tried opening the link in another web browser?
If so, have you spoken to our tech guides on 150 to get this looked into?

Same as me just tried it again and said the same thing, I just rang the store and they told me to get in touch with Microsoft, even tho it’s EE with the problem not Microsoft lol

If I remember correctly, trying it in a different browser worked for me!

Hello, Leanne I’m having issues even when I go on another browser still showing the same problems everyone else is having and when it comes to bill next month I don’t want to be paying for a product I can’t even use! Could please help me come across fixing this issue or some sort
