I switched my BB from BT to EEFF500. I should get 6 months free GPU with my plan but I cannot find a way of redeeming it on the app or website. Any help with how I redeem/ activate my pass

Hi @JordH97 you can only activate it on the EE website and not the app. You need to click on plans and subscriptions then Manage gaming. If the free subscription is not there post back and let me know and I'll be happy to help.
