Spike/Lag Gaming issues

Since I've joined EE recently on the 500 package gaming is spiking/lagging every 20/30 seconds momentarily but enough to ruin games. Any ideas or fixes?

Which device/router are you using? 

Do you have any other devices connected that loose connection at the same time?

Yes since I joined EE only. The other provider was fine. I'm using PS5?

Are you connecting to the PS5 using a mobile phone, mobile broadband device or a home broadband router?
