XBox Game pass issues

Hello there,

Due to the issues i have had with the WIFI during my upgrade from BT i have not activated the XBOX game pass. I have tried today and followed everything on the email, agreed to the T&Cs but it does not progress from there and there is no log on to the Microsoft page as the guide suggests. What do i need to do to get this add on please?

I am sorry we have no account access on the community to get the Game Pass set up.

If the 7 days have passed since the team advised this was being looked into, please get back in touch and the team can check for an update.
