XBOX Gamepass - not working

 Hi,
I have a XBOX game pass that i cannot add to my account.
I have phoned EE directly on this on a number of occasions, with the response, 'wait and see if it starts working' or we cant sort this you need to speak to support.
There is no live chat option to speak to support on this, and if I contact support in relation to broadband, there is no option to state this is application related, as all support it will do is test line or ask to call back later.
I really have no idea who to contact on this issue and who will resolve?
This is not browser related, as have tried a number of different browsers etc.

Any ideas ??

@EEdunwok I'm sorry about this, we hope that the claims process will be back up this week. I'll send you a private message and we can ask the xbox team to put the claim through for you.
