I sought advice on here in the past when I never received the Game Pass Ultimate included with an Xbox bundle.
After spending time on the phone I managed to get it resolved. Or at least I thought I did.
First month was fine, then they charged me for it the second month, which I had to ring up and dispute, now this month I have no game pass even though it was supposed to last for 24 months.
I'm not really impressed with the service, I had Gamepass with BT since it was introduced and never had one issue in years

Does the Xbox Game Pass show as an active add-on in your EE app?

I checked under add-ons, entertainment and it doesn't show as active.

I've managed to get it added back to my account, although they couldn't explain how it was removed. Hopefully it might be resolved.
