Today i decided to go and activate my 6 months xbox game pass ultimate by following steps via ee.co.uk/xbox.
After following steps i then received my code for game pass i then pressed next but instead of saying 6 months it said 1 month and will renew on 19/01/2023.
I canceled before it finalized as i wanted to investigate to find out why EE told me 6 months free when i only get 1 month.
Reason why i did not complete the 1 month i did not want to find on the 19/01/2023 i will be billed extra.
Can EE please explain.

Hi @TG247.
This will display as a one-month rolling pass and you won't be charged for six months.
If for any reason you were charged, our Customer Care team would be able to correct this.

Hi I took the xbox game pass with my sim only and when trying to activate it I get a otp code but then it dont let me put into anywhere to get the 25 digit code to get the game pass. Can you help me please 😁
