Hello EE Team,

I received a Call of Duty promotional code from you, but when I try to redeem it on the website callofduty.com/redeem, I get an error message saying the code is invalid.

I contacted Activision support, and they confirmed that the code is not recognized in their system. They also mentioned that, since this is a third-party promotion, they are unable to manually activate the code. Therefore, they advised me to reach out to you directly with a screenshot of the error so that you can investigate or issue a replacement.

Please find the screenshot of the error attached.
