That page actually redirects to another page depending on your location if your getting a 403  I would check your antivirus software isn't blocking or doing something weird, if your behind a VPN I would come out of it, if you load the page on your phone while connected on to your wifi I would presume the page works fine this would point towards there being something setup on your pc that is causing you an issue.

It's is doing the same on my phone through WiFi and also my tablet

Good morning @Smallwood28, welcome to the EE Community 😊

I've just tried accessing battle.net through both my EE mobile data connection and a BT WiFi connection, and both of these are working with no issue.

Have you given this another try this morning?

@Smallwood28 could you run a command prompt (click windows search and type in cmd and run command prompt, were looking for a black screen with a flashing cursor)

Now type in the command as shown below and press enter to run the command

nslookup battle.net

If you could paste in the results just want to see if your DNS is sending you to the correct IP.

Also when you get to the battle.net link and it fails what is the url is shown ?  Im asking as battle.net redirects the url based on your county,

If your in the UK the site will redirect you to here, https://eu.shop.battle.net/en-gb?from=root

Does this direct link work ?

Thanks for sharing that, @Smallwood28.

Is it EE mobile data or EE broadband that you're trying to access this via?

The exact link that you've shared here is still absolutely fine from my end, which would lead me to think it's something more localised in your case.

@Smallwood28 a 403 does not mean it has been blocked, the server responded with a 403 page so you are able to get to the page and you do connect to the server and I presume you can view the main battle net page to be able to select the url of the page you have posted ie you tried to login to battle net.

I would be asking battle net to check there redirection as it maybe a server configuration issue i say that as you are being redirected back from a oauth.battle.net url which implies a redirection from an authority check and the redirection is giving you the 403 page.

Almost forgot to say it might be worth clearing your cache and cookies, it can help in this situations.

Hope this helps to resolve your issue,

Thanks all sorted ip address was blocked
