Hi all
Just re joined EETV (equipment coming June 3rd) and had the usual email telling me i can view my Now passes early using the app. I followed the instructions in the email to pair my Now account to my EE services but after putting in my username and password (the now ones) i just get "something went wrong". When i view my now account on their website, rather than saying billed by BT/EE it tells me i have no passes. I've spoken to customer services on the phone, they reset a couple of things on my order but still nothing. Anyone got any suggestions before i hit the phones again tomorrow morning?

Yep, when i finally got through to someone who knew what they were talking about it took them less than 2 mins to sort.
