I had game pass ultimate through EE which has been a nightmare.
It was supposed to be 6 months free but I was charged for 3 of those due to EE mixup on my mobile and broadband accounts.
The game pass is now cancelled with EE but Microsoft are telling me that my Microsoft account is still linked to ee and showing as managed by bt/ee as eehaven’t terminated their end. Anyone advise on how to resolve?

Thanks Northerner - already tried Microsoft and they say as it’s third party through ee they can’t do anything.
ill try ee cs in morning but to be honest with the previous dealings I’ve had over issues with game pass I don’t hold much faith
