Unable to use Meta Headsets

Whenever I turn connect my Meta Quest 3 to the Wi-Fi, the ping for all devices Including the headset spikes up to over 1000ms making the headset unusable for Online Play, I have an EE Smart Hub Plus and sometimes it doesn't happen, however randomly it will kick in and i can no longer use it or any other device in my home until i disconnect it from the Wi-Fi. I have tried factory resetting my headset or even using a Meta Quest 2 and the issue continued while using that, I have also tried using the "Compatible Wifi" Option on my Hub and connect my Meta headset to that but the issue still happened.

How far away from the router are you when this issue occurs.

Is this a recent issue.
