EE Xbox game pass bundle

I purchased the xbox winter bundle which came with 12 or 24 months xbox game pass.

i've reinstalled activated the game pass, and received a text saying it will charge me £14 a month

why is this?

Hi @byram 

Did you activate the games pass through Activation Portal | EE?
Just a hint- log out of your EE, and Outlook and Xbox account on your phone when trying to link the subscription.
