Unable to redeem Xbox Game Pass

I've recently switched from BT to EE and have a 12 month gamepass offer as part of the package. Tried to activate it and receive an error each time I try, stating "We've had a problem loading this info. Please try again in a while"

Have you been connected for more than 14 days? 

If so, do you have the Game Pass add-on showing in your EE account?

I have been connected for more than 14 days (made the switch from BT on 20/10/24) and yes, the Game Pass add-on is showing in my account.

I spoke to one of your colleagues on the phone yesterday who looked into the issue and said it has been passed on to the relevant team and should be resolved over the next 7 days.
