Unable to access ee.co.uk/xbox to redeem Xbox Games Pass Ultimate

Hello, 

I have recently upgraded my sim to EE One Full Works Sim, and have selected Xbox Games Pass Ultimate as my included Add-on.

EE then have sent me across a link to activate, ee.co.uk/xbox which then redirects to http://radio.ee.co.uk/app/radio?ck=36e24fa6-e3cb-4567-b134-22aafde02a21

It seems like the ee.co.uk/xbox link doesn't work. I've tried it on 5g, and my WiFi and no joy.

Whilst speaking on the phone to EE, they managed to access this website and got to the activation link page to work, so it seems externally, it doesn't let me get in.

Any ideas?

Have you tried giving this a go from a different browser?

A few years ago we had similar reports of customers being unable to load the Xbox via Safari on iOS, but it worked with no issue on other browsers.

This was resolved at the time, and I've just given it a try on Safari myself and all seems to be working.
