I’m trying to add a ps5 to my mobile bill as an add on, i already have a tech on but when i try and add it, it says i already have the max of 5 add ons to my phone bill but i can’t seem to find what these are, anyone know how i access and remove these so i can add the ps5?

The bill would normally show a list of any add-ons you have, not so much the name, but how many you have.
If it isn't showing the five that are mentioned, I'd recommend speaking to our billing guides so they can have a look at what you have and the options for adding the PS5.

@Kevscott1 If you already have 5 you need to pay one of these off. Your bill will show what you’re paying for.

@Chris_B The only things on my bill are my current phone contract and the one tech add on i already have, that’s why i’m unsure what the other add ons are and can’t seem to find them in my online account
