Hi I recently got my ps5 24 months premium pass and there is no pass or code in box

Hi I got the 24 month bundle and had no vouchers in where do I find them please

The vouchers to redeem your PS Plus subscription through the PlayStation Store should be included in the box with the console, but it's worth checking all the packaging that the console came in too. 

If you've definitely not got anything, please contact our customer care team, and they'll be able to help get this investigated further.

Thanks @Pablo831, so you've checked both the PlayStation box and the outer packaging that the console came delivered in?
