Thanks for coming to the community. 

For the PlayStation Plus Premium, the vouchers should be in an envelope on the outside of the console box, are they on outside of the box? Details can be found on the Help with PlayStation Plus Premium | Gaming Help page. 

The Gamers Pass and Video Data Pass, are they showing as active in your EE account in the add-ons section for the mobile contract?
