Smart Hub not working with XBox

We have been with EE for a while and upgraded to the Smart Hub on Monday. We have two Xboxes. One cabled to the hub and one on wifi. Both of them keep disconnecting during games (FIFA 23). It’s a struggle to get connected and then it lasts 10 minutes max before disconnecting. I spoke with EE. They suggested moving the router so it wasn’t near a tv which I did but it didn’t work. Also done a factory reset too with the same results. For reference the hub is in the same room as the Xboxes so it’s not a case of moving them closer. They are often not played at the same time (I have two children). Has anyone got suggestions please? Thanks

I have now noticed that my laptop and iphone are doing the same. The BB keeps dropping/disconnecting and then comes back on.

I definitely recommend speaking with our technical support team with this update. The fact it's happening with different devices will help diagnose the problem.

Thanks Chris. I’m waiting on a phone call back. In the meantime I swapped back to the old router and it’s working perfectly.
