Hi,
I got the PSVR2 from EE 5 days ago (19/08/23). Everything has been working smoothly. I started the headset up and connected the controllers. As soon as I started it this time, on screen the selector was just dragging the menu to the Right of the screen. I have tried all solutions on Sony's website but to no avail. I've been told from Sony to speak to yourself about a whole replacement. I just want the left controller replaced however, Sony tech support said I need to return the whole headset with controllers. Can you help me with this? I originally got the PSVR2 delivered to the Dunfermline store for collection. So if you are able to advise on how the return process!
