I placed an order for a PS5 slim console with COD Black OPS 6 on the 30th of September. The portal still shows the order is not dispatched yet. I have tried contacting EE via phone with the number provided as I do not have an EE mobile. I kept jumping between teams as no one really knew how to track the order. I was finally asked to ask for support using the online chat function as it was an online order. But I am unable to find it as well. My order number is EE-******. It has already been paid. While ordering, it just showed delivery within 1-3 days and as such I was expecting the package much earlier as it a gift for my husband's birthday on the 8th of October.
