I received a ps5 which has since developed a fault. I spoke with an EE representative on the phone last Monday and he processed the return of the faulty console and a new console to be delivered at the same time. He said that DPD would deliver on Monday (5th Jan) and take my old console back. I’ve not had any email confirmation of the above or a message from DPD about the delivery on Monday. Could you advise if this is all in hand please?
