PS5 Lost FC26 code

In the mad Christmas clear up we have lost our FC26 code that came with the PS5. I have contacted Sony who said that I need to contact EE to be provided with a replacement code. Can you help?

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 but I wouldn't hold your breath.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
