Im now at my wits end with the useless live chat support and have decided to turn to the forum. I ordered a ps5 on the 26th after being informed my delivery would take 24hrs to be picked and packed. I was told on the phone over 2000 were in stock ready. Waited 24 hours, was told to wait for saturday for my order to be picked. After going through rude agents and supervisors, each giving different stories, i was told 100 were in stock and it would be picked ready and was told monday delivery was guaranteed. I had my doubts. Ive spoke to live chat AGAIN today, and have been told 70 is in stock, my order will somehow be picked, packed, given to dpd and guaranteed to be delivered tommorow. Im at my wits end with the lies now and just need some sort of clue. As an employee i know that this shouldnt be happening to customers, the situation with PS5 orders are ridiculous. The bundle has been on the store available for order all day today, so if its out of stock, stop taking orders...

Oh! my bad haha. I didnt cancel it, they advised me to and then reorder when its in stock. I called in earlier and at first they were going to cancel it, make me pay upfront again and reorder the bundle without the charging dock, but went out to a manager and he said its the same wait despite listing stock, so ive been advised to wait 28 days but phone every 2 days as EE dont get stock updates so say. Live chat tried to tell me to cancel and reorder when its in stock though... silly really. @Moonie92

@Scorsazza I ordered one on Thursday as well. It says on the PS5 page that it can take up to 14 days for it to be dispatched. I was hoping it would be this week but due to the bank holiday, I reckon they’ll be delivering them next week unfortunately. I guess we’ll just have to wait for DPD to send us a delivery notification.

I hope so, I'm quite reluctant to believe very much about the situation now. I'm hoping it's next week and not the worst case scenario of 28 days.

Someone on the live chat yesterday told me i'd get my tracking number either yesterday or early morning today but that hasn't happened yet. Were they incorrect? My order has already been picked by DPD according to them.

@LL900 How long ago did you order? I was told by the online orders team that her manager said they havent stocked them in a while and dont know when they will, so just call every two days.
