Order of an accessory

Hi Everyone, I'm new here and I put an order in for the Meta Quest 2 - 128 GB bundle with beat saber  and have had no further confirmation or tracking numbers ( I have XKO number and the upfront cost has came out)  just wondering when I could expect this? ( yes I'm aware of the closures due to xmas) but worried they may have no stock or something ? It did say in stock when I ordered.

Any help would be greatly  appreciated!

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi Chris, it was early hours in the morning of yesterday (26th) I'm aware you guys were closed and can expect a delay, just curious  if my order actually went through and the stock was reserved for me 🙂

Hi Katie, Thank you for your response.

Im looking to see if it has actually been processed, I've tried looking for your live chat but can't see it, as this happened before and a customer service agent sent me the tracking number and info i needed. I'm just concerned i'm not going to get this before  the new year holidays. (Which would delay it even more) is their anyway at all for me to see further information? I just was hoping to be able to get the help i got last time, but now that live chat doesn't seam to be a thing, i can't do that anymore.
