Ps5 and downgrade to sim only

I’m currently coming to the end of my phone contract. I have the offer to purchase a ps5 if I do this can I then downgrade to a sim only plan? My phone bill is ridiculously high and don’t want to get the ps5 if it means I have to remain paying the same amount to get it

@Fayestock  to purchase from the add to plant store you need to be in the first seventeen months of your contract.  If you upgrade to a sim only you have to have a 24 month sim only tariff.
