Not received an ee games card

I just bought the new meta quest 3s through ee and it stated that I should get a £50 ee game card. I have received the quest 3s about a week ago but have not heard anything about the game card. Is there somwhere i have to claim it from or somthing ? 😕

Thanks for coming to the community. 

If you haven't received your EE Game Card code, could you try texting EE GameCard to 150. Details for the Game Card can be found in our Using your EE GameCard page. 

If this does not work for you, please call us on 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 150 from any other phone and select option 2 then the option for your account type such as mobile or broadband, once connected one of the team will be happy to help 🙂

Hi did anyone get this issue resolved im having the same issue, purchased I’m October for an Xmas gift and wondering how I get this £50 game pass, work for ee and not getting anywhere with tech or customer care also been told to refer to my app which has no info on this game card whatsoever

yes my issue was resolved, I received a text message with code and pin to enter at checkout 3 days after purchase.

Hope you get it sorted soon.
