Hi I preordered a Switch 2 but I’ve been sent no email to confirm and there seems to be no way to find the order in my account (just mobiles and broadband orders). I snapped a picture of the order no. luckily but I’ve had no trace beyond that. I bought it 9 hours ago.
is there no live chat with EE? Can’t see the option anywhere.
can anyone help? Cheers

@Katana2k is this an add to plan or an outright purchase? There are two shops that you can purchase from. One is for EE contract customers to purchase items each month when they are billed for their contract the other is for none EE customers.
If this is an add to plan purchase you can call customer support on 150 from your EE device or if it’s a none EE customer purchase read THIS

It’s an outright purchase. I’ve emailed them through the link you gave me. Thanks
