How can I use my Game Pass subscription?

When I buy my broadband package, selling specialist told me that I have free Game Pass subscription rights for 6 months in my package. But I haven't used yet because of I don't know how to use that. Can somebody help me how I use that?

I recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can try and get it all linked from our side for you.

Have you received an email with an activation link? Please check your spam/junk folder, in case it made its way there.

Thanks for respond. 

No, I haven't received any link due to a fault during apply for the package. I guess a supporter in the call centre wrote my e-mail address incorrectly. So, my installation was postponed several times. Finally, one in call centre correct my e-mail address and I've got my installation. During this time, I couldn't got my activation link.

I recommend speaking with our Customer Service team. They'll be able to look into this and help you get your Game Pass Subscription.

I found an activation link on my SMS inbox, but, when I try to click appear this page.

Hi from EE.
Your broadband package includes Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 6 months included. It'll be ready within 14 days of your activation. If you try to claim it before then, you may be charged. To use your pass, visit ee.co.uk/go/gaming and tap Add/Activate. Please make sure you log in to the Microsoft account you'd like to add your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to.
