I ordered the Xbox bundle last week with the 24m Game Pass and the EE Gamecard
I got the gamecard code by text a couple of days after I received the Xbox, but I haven’t received anything yet for the Game Pass, how do EE usually send the game pass code ??

Just to be sure, how is it that you ordered this?
Was it purchased outright, or did you take it out to pay off alongside your monthly contract?

@Alana85 Thanks for confirming, if you head to ee.co.uk/xbox and enter your mobile number that the Xbox was added to, it will send you a PIN to confirm, the Xbox Game Pass should then show there with an Activate button for you to complete setup.

When I click this and get through to the activation page the Xbox pass isn’t there, the only two options on that page are cyber security and dark web monitoring

@Alana85 Do you have multiple numbers on your account, as it is worth checking which number the Xbox is actually added to.
But if its definitely on the bill for that number and is not showing there to activate, you will need to give us a call on 150 so we can make sure the Game Pass product gets added for you to activate on that link.
