**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions

 

You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

 

 

The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?


When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.



Am I eligible?


You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).

 

 

Can I buy over the phone?


No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

 

 

How do I know my order has been successful?


When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number

You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.


You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.

 

 

When will my £10 upfront payment be taken?


Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.

 

 

Will you be selling accessories or games?


Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.

 

 

How will I find out about my delivery details?

 

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.

 

DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.

 

A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.

 

 

What if I want to cancel my order?


If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

What happens if there is still an issue with the ps codes by the time the 15th arrives? Would it go as far as us not receiving the ps5s by the date because of a code that can be sent via email 😂😂

@Chloewlsh4 I’ve been told numerous times by EE that the 15th is not a guaranteed delivery date, it’s just an estimate and could be before, could be after 🙄

@Ljh549 there’s a fair few people that have ordered on the 3rd receiving them. It’s crazy 😂😂

@Chloewlsh4  Do u think there full of it. Makes me wonder if there just trying to wind people up as no one on here has said they have had one from a 3rd order and they seem to be doing them in an order at the moment.

Well this is it ee have 7 days to fulfil all these order from the 19th and the 3rd who thinks that they will manage given they have only got out 2/3rds by now and still not even got out all console and controller orders from the 19th.

And here we go again

This might **bleep** off alot of my 19th bros and sis, but I've just received a text saying its been added to plan and dpd tracking number in my junk email. 

 

Ordered on 3rd 8:08. Found this forum next day, got scared, called EE, got ordered manually processed. Promised it was going to come Monday. It didn't. Just resigned myself to waiting till 15th. Woke up today to see the text and tracking number. Will be delivered 9th. I dont know how bad I should feel for you 19th guys but im not trolling, its just to give you a heads up it looks like they are doing this bingo style. No rhyme or reason.

 

Man, watching this forum for the past few days has not been good for my heart lol

@bayernsa you shouldn't feel bad for us 19th'ers at all man! You've done nothing wrong. If EE opened up orders again on the 3rd without fulfilling the 19th orders, and are now fulfilling order from the 3rd then that's 100% on them not you.

 

I haven't rung up or contacted live chat at all since the 19th & don't plan to unless the 15th comes and goes and I'm still without my PS5 - but if anyone has concrete proof they ordered on the 3rd & have received before orders form the 19th then I'll put in a formal complaint at some point because that really is taking the mick!

 

Luckily for me, I don't NEED the PS5 by a certain date - as a customer who has ordered an item from a supplier, I just want what I've ordered.
