You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

15th latest too all orders, so you have a week to wait latest. Xko number was on the confirmation screen when you placed the order if that's any help too. They have it don't worry. 15th latest.

@Dodgy_Geezer but to be fair next Monday is the 14th, so maybe the agent got the date and or day wrong? Again, EE have said the 15tj, it's pointless is keeping on at the staff and calling them and the digital team, all the people keep ringing will slow the processing of orders down, they were open when we ordered and said the 15th December... Yes we all want it sooner but they have done nothing wrong at all, and to be a day or by next Monday then that's not really a bad thing as its as expected 15th latest. Honestly keeping on will just delay all your orders.

I order on the 19th got my xko number that same day, £10 taken on the 20th and yet still haven't received anything. I order the ps5 and controller bundle and after reading all this chat I don't even expect before the new orders they have just taken. Can't even contact live chat

I read that whole transcript and to be honest, I'd be pretty ashamed of myself if I spoke to someone like that. I get you're frustrated, but does it really make you feel better to belittle someone like that? I think I'm done with this forum, I've been using it to stay updated about shipments, but it has turned into a toxic, hateful place. Pages 1-100 were full of frustration, but at the same time people were joking, having fun, making light of the situation. I'm frustrated too, very much looking forward to the console, I ordered on the 19th too so in the same boat as you all, but customer service reps have nothing to do with the situation. Shouting at them is the same as walking into a supermarket and shouting at a shelf stacker because they no longer stock your favourite brand of cereal. You're just making their day hard, making them feel like **bleep** for something that is not their fault. They are telling you what they're told to say. I'm out. I'll just wait patiently for my console to ship, but done with this hateful place.

@Sphinxe911 You @ me earlier but I really couldn’t make sense what you was asking/Implying . If you’ve got an XKO apparently it’s a digital order number , it’s still an order . Your experience on launch day is like a lot others some had emails some didn’t , if it’s not here by the 15th then complain . suggest you wait till tomorrow and call up and ask if they can atleast provide you with an order number this means you’ve actually secured one . Does that mean it’ll arrive faster ? No

@Cbeach Agreed. There’s a lot of us that are frustrated and I think EE has handled some of this poorly, but the above was just embarrassing

@Teemeans I understand that but for me and many others I just would like updates to be fair don't care when it turns up but know when would be helpful as I work 6 days a week so atleast I can arrange something if I'm not going to be in if you understand that
