**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions

 

You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

 

 

The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?


When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.



Am I eligible?


You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).

 

 

Can I buy over the phone?


No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

 

 

How do I know my order has been successful?


When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.


You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.

 

 

When will my £10 upfront payment be taken?


Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.

 

 

Will you be selling accessories or games?


Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.

 

 

How will I find out about my delivery details?

 

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.

 

DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.

 

A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.

 

 

What if I want to cancel my order?


If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

I really have lost all hope with EE. Wish I went with Argos.

No new notifications past hour or so. We’re done for this week guys. We’ve missed out.

I only ordered yesterday (controler and PSN bundle) i havent read all the comments here. General consensus seems to be either terrible over selling or terrible communication...or both.

 

I got a call today from someone trying to sell me more plans, i mentioned the ps5 and they said 'no you dont its not on your account, he said call 150 straight away'. 

 

I called 150 and they said it was sold out and i didnt have an order. They then checked the xpo number (after a bit of pushing) and said i should get a text in a day or 2 and it will be with me before the 15th....

 

I would suggest of anyone is particularly unhappy with all the miscomunication to email their CEO- given this has 250 pages and I cant see an EE response i think its shocking practice.

 

Their CEO email address is **removed** if I dont get mine by 15th thats who I am going to.

I really regret going with the full bundle. This is such an f up!!

If we don't get it next weekend/by the 15th, I'm logging my first ever complaint. I'm usually pretty easy going and understanding but the communication has been awful from EE.

Live chat told me Tuesday 7th delivery date. I noticed on the DPD app it lets you rearrange delivery for Sunday 5th. I wonder if that means it’s actually scheduled for tomorrow! 

All I can add before I leave the race for a ps5 is just be patient it is shady the ps+ people are left until the end but at least you will get one and not need to pay the a$$ hole scalpers. Think of the years of gaming just a week to go. All the best people and a happy new year

but can't deny how poorly EE have handled this.. and we're being told we won't have our bundles by the 15th (ordered on launch day). Just makes me regret going with EE for the  PS5 and choosing the PS+ bundle. If we receive shipping notifications next week - sick. But if not, here comes my first ever complaint.

I ordered just the ps and controller and haven't had a notification. Ive been processed and had the text earlier this week. It's not just ps+ clearly they don't have enough. And they allowed more pre orders. God I hate ee

EE have been amazing. Delivered my console a week ago now and it's been so much fun. To think how much hassle they have saved me is just incredible. Brilliant stuff.

I have made a order on the 2nd drop of ps5 but didnt get email confirmation. I have contacted them via chat and confirmed i have ps5 ordered and will only get confirmation and £10 charged once its dispatched. Anyone in same boat?
