**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions

 

You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

 

 

The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?


When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.



Am I eligible?


You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).

 

 

Can I buy over the phone?


No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

 

 

How do I know my order has been successful?


When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number

You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.


You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.

 

 

When will my £10 upfront payment be taken?


Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.

 

 

Will you be selling accessories or games?


Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.

 

 

How will I find out about my delivery details?

 

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.

 

DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.

 

A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.

 

 

What if I want to cancel my order?


If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

I have been wondering about this also, I have recieved the text but it isn't showing up on my ee add ons

For those who orderd on the 19th (Myself included) if you don't hear anything this weekend then next week we'll definitely hear something. Those who ordered the Playstation 5 yesterday have at least 3 weeks to wait unfortunately.

Please can anybody who receives a DPD text today show us in this thread, along with which bundle you ordered and on which date?

 

I think this will provide some insight for those of us waiting, and me myself as the number associated with my order, for some reason, is one that I don’t even recognise. So if I am meant to receive a text today, I will not be getting it unfortunately.

 

also stop arguing amongst each other, it get nobody anywhere and it’s wasted energy lol

@Mojake We have been waiting 2 weeks already. If you orderd yesterday you will have to wait for the next few Shipnents to arrive. Then EE has to process your order to see if you are able to have it. Even though people have had a Email and the money taken out of their account EE has cancelled their order. 

It clearly stated the 15th on the register your interest page

Everyone who ordered in the 1st batch was pre orders, everyone who ordered yesterday ee have stock for

Ah, so it's a guess.

 

I'm expecting 15th and that's what I was told, so unless anything official comes out stating otherwise I'll assume 11 days.

Hi All, 

 

I have been on the forum from day one and wanted to say I just got one from argos. They are still there click and collect but you have to use a PC and a work around to get past the glitch. Getting mine after 4pm today 

 

1) use your pc and using chrome or Firefox, login to argos. It must be one of these browsers.

2) search the ps5 and add it to your wishlist

3) click on tour wish list and click add to trolley. 

4) do not click go to trolley this is vital. Instead click the trolley icon in the top right corner 

5) use the store location section or home delivery section  to find the easiest stock for you. 

6) spam the pay now and collect section and it will load a screen asking for your password again

7) put in your password and it brings you to the payment screen. 

😎 enter your details and await the order to be confirmed 

 

I know this won't help everyone but I also know lots of people are wanting to secure backups with all the issues with EE and in reality you can just return this one if you don't want it.
