It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

Some of the rubbish posted on here makes my blood boil.
I am not stupid, i know what i read when i added the PS5 to my plan. I didn't misread it. Was it misleading? probably. Should i have read more into it? maybe. But EE was a company i trusted, so i shouldn't have to read the small print etc.
But don't come on here and tell people who have waited 2 weeks for an order to be despatched that they're, effectively, stupid, and that it's their fault! People who ordered 2 hours after people who ordered bundles received their order last week. And to add insult to injury EE 'sold' even more PS5 yesterday, without fulfilling orders from 2 weeks ago.
We have every right to be annoyed.

@SPENTY90 Sorry for chiming in, but I think I do need to add something that has already been mentioned multiple times.
Yes, you might be right about the 15th, but as very often mentioned on this forum, during order it said usually dispatched within 1 day. While there is the word usually in this, if they say usually within 1 day that would normally mean that no later than in the next 2 - 3 days. To make customers wait until the 15th is wrong.
The item also clearly stated in stock as well as yesterdays Tweets said back in stock. One could assume from that, that they got enough stock and are sending out all previous orders (packaging them up and shipping). Now this could still be the case as today is Friday and if they got them in yesterday they would potentially need 24 - 48 hours to sort everything.
Not sure if it was you, but I also read about the Amazon comparison. I think comparing this to Amazon or any other business selling PS5 is good. A company like EE should know how to handle pre-orders, they deal with this multiple times a year (iPhone release, Samsung Galaxy and Note series, Google Pixel, etc.). For their system not to be able to say "Pre-Order" which ours was as we now know, it's just a bit laughable.

Oh, toxicity on my first post already.
I don't care if I don't get mine until 15/12 and aren't calling to cry about it, I just want to speak to DST about my order being processed because other numbers I've tried aren't working.

Of course they are no communication no weekly updates orders placed first not even fullfilled yet and they are trying to lure more people in yesturday? They all read next day delivery like we did its not untill after we buy were told 15th and then like i said people ordered at 10am have recived i ordered at 8.50 15 days ago still here reading this awfull mess..... no sorry your right this whole thing has been transparent from the 19th keep up the good work EE idiots

Not been added to plan ordered the addidtion controller 12 month psn but ask fryer93 they have been clear with us from the start hahahahahaha
