**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions

You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Find out more about Add To Plan >

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?

When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.

Am I eligible?

You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).

Can I buy over the phone?

No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

How do I know my order has been successful?

When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number

You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.

You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.

When will my £10 upfront payment be taken?

Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.

Will you be selling accessories or games?

Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.

How will I find out about my delivery details?

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.

DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.

A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.

What if I want to cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

Are you excited about getting your hands on one?

@Joeywestham  god you're boring mate feel free to get off the tread and wait until the 15th then. EE have said before the 15th so it could well be this weekend.

The state of some people on here is laughable. Just wait till the 15th and stop calling the DS teams. They're more than bored with you I'd imagine

In theory you get an email to call and fix it. This happens to me a lit with EE orders just out if interest does your bank start with s? I've had nixed luck with them holding stock other the years.

@A88 I don’t see how you think they’re w shambles, you were told 15th December at the latest and it’s only the 4th so you still have 11 days. Just be patient! Christ

@Fryer93   this is the modern way. I could maybe understand if EE had taken the payment upfront and you had paid extra for next day delivery. However, nobody should be complaining until the 15th, EE has to wait for the stock to land each week so ringing them up and asking for updates is pointless.

Comparisons to the likes of Amazon is daft as well, they sell consoles year-round and don't use an order system as EE have for their own customers.

People saying they will riot. You'll do nothing apart from moan on here and call DS for 50th time this week

When we initially ordered the console EE stated in stock with one day delivery. The fact that they decieved us and then completed orders 2 hours after we made our purchase was a joke in it self. And this week they decide to sell more pre orders when they clearly can't manage what they have already sold. It's s joke

@victoriousbu  how do you know they can't manage it? The next day delivery was simply stating the method used once it's dispatched, it clearly said by the 15th when I ordered.

You can only call it a joke if you haven't received your console by that date. What's a joke is this me me me society we live in where adults are crying over a games console. There are kids who will get zilch for Christmas and you have people here pestering DST everyday like their life depends on it ffs.

So many EE shills in here😂 are you lot on the pay roll or something.

An idiot can see how poorly handled this has been by EE, if you EE boot lickers are happy to accept subpar customer service and communication from a company the size of EE then there is no hope for any of you.

Why dont you ring up the DST to check their customer service advisors are okay and the mean people who want their ps5s aren’t bothering them too much 😞
